Robin Bartlett Phelan - Partner
Robin is a passionate medical malpractice defense attorney. A founding partner in the firm, she represents hospitals and medical professionals in complex medical malpractice and negligence matters, as well as wrongful death lawsuits. Robin has numerous jury verdicts to her credit.
For Robin, the key to providing the best representation is investing the time and energy to stay at the forefront of medical knowledge. Skilled in understanding these complex medical issues, Robin also provides counsel to providers and individuals being investigated by licensing agencies such as the Office of Professional Medical Conduct and the Department of Education.
My client’s professional careers and reputations are my primary concerns. I believe in early and aggressive intervention to resolve malpractice claims as quickly as possible, and to obtain the best possible results for the individuals and entities I defend.
Clients and family are Robin’s focus, and she is the proud mother of four: Jack, an attorney practicing in New York City; Kelsie, a resident physician; Kate, who works in human resources for an analysis group in Boston; and Benjamin, a student at the University of Rochester
