At the Litigation Counsel of America’s 2013 Fall Conference, held at The Greenbrier Resort in West Virginia, Jack Phelan was inducted to the Litigation Counsel of America’s Order of Centurions. This order is comprised of Fellows of the Litigation Counsel of America who have tried to verdict at least one hundred jury trials in trial courts of record.

The Litigation Counsel of America is an invitation-only trial lawyer honorary society, whose membership is limited to 3,500 Fellows, representing less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellows are selected and invited into Fellowship after being evaluated on effectiveness and accomplishment in litigation and trial work, along with ethical reputation. Both Jack Phelan and Robin Phelan are Fellows of this prestigious society.
