Marie Flynn Danek - Partner
Marie is an accomplished litigation attorney who has dedicated her career to providing medical and long-term care medical malpractice defense.
A founding partner in the firm, she has spent decades successfully defending high exposure cases involving doctors, hospitals, physician groups, nursing homes, and long-term care facilities. She uses an extensive network of notable and experience medical experts to review complex medical issues, develop confidential assessments, and build effective defense strategies. Marie regards the firms and its clients as family and, like family, clients come first in all matters.
When I stand next to a medical professional in court, I understand how important it is to them. I know that their professional life and career are on the line, and I go the extra mile to provide the best defense possible.
Marie enjoys travelling and spending time with her family experiencing different cultures. In addition to cultural travel, they like time in the sun, going to Bermuda, St. Thomas, and Grand Cayman to snorkeling and underwater photography. Her son Zachary is a graduate of the Newhouse Communications School of Syracuse University, and he works in the television and film industry. Her daughter Jacqueline is a forensics psychology major at St. Rose.
